Who is going to have the baby first?!?!?  Eric or Dee?

I had Erin come out and get some pictures of Marshall.  He will be celebrating his 2nd birthday in only a month!  While I leave the professional ones to her, I did manage to get some cute ones too.  Here they are.

Here is our new puppy!  We had to put our old dog, Bocephus, down this past spring.  We got Tipper on Sunday night and we just love him.  He is so much smaller than our german shepard.  Even when Bo was a puppy he was never this small.  Tipper is a boardeer collie and I think he will have lots of fun around the farm playing with Marshall.

I was so fortunate to attend my Grandpa’s 90th birthday Party on Sunday afternoon in Castlewood, SD.  We had such a  fun time.  All that was missing were the fireworks!  We range in ages from grandpa’s 90 to the newest addition to our family, Caden.  He is a week and half old!  Here is the whole gang. 

After the party we headed out and got a new puppy!!! Here he is.  We named him Tipper.  You can’t see it but his tail is all black except for the tip…which is white.  thus the name Tipper!

Don’t you just love getting flowers…just because?!?!?  It happened to me TWICE this week!  My husband got me a dozen yellow roses on Tuesday and now I got these at work today from my dad! Yep I got great men in my life!Gotta love Just Because flowers!  They brighten up your day!

I thought this was pretty fun of Jewel to do.  They put her undercover at a Kareoke bar and had her sing her own songs.  Watch it.

I would love to take credit for all of these peas.  I would love to say at least one of the pods came from my very own garden…but I can’t!  Thanks to Erin’s dad.  He grew them and picked them and gave them to me…but at least I snapped them and get to enjoy them.  It is how I spent part of my Sunday afternoon.  and let me tell you…they are nummy!!!!!

celebrated her ninth birthday, but instead of being showered with presents, she

gave back to Heartland Humane Society. Natalie’s guests were encouraged to

bring donations for the local animal shelter in lieu of presents. The day after her

birthday, her and her family brought the donations to share with the animals.

Donated items included cat and dog food, litter, bowls, collars, treats, toys,

cleaning supplies and even a cash donation.  Here she is with her mom and all of the wonderful donations she got instead of presents.!!! 

Erin brought some Party poppers to Marshall this weekend.  He liked them.  He also started to say Erin’s name.  She has been trying to get him to say ERIN since he was born I think.  Except that instead or saying Erin…he says Ernie!!!!
